Residência PL

PL Residence, located in Surubim, Pernambuco, was designed for a family and stems from the idea of creating a symbiosis between different ways of living, gathering, and staying. The interior design seeks to translate these different facets into a common language capable of balancing togetherness, comfort, and identity.

The integration between the kitchen, dining, and living areas structures the social space and reinforces the continuity among rooms. The green woodwork in the kitchen introduces a point of emphasis and sophistication, while the wood-paneled ceiling and large wooden panels help unify the whole and build a cozier atmosphere.

Natural light, amplified by large window frames, actively participates in the composition and enhances the materiality of the spaces throughout the day. The loose furniture, carefully specified, includes pieces by Sergio Rodrigues, a Brazilian architect and designer, bringing a strong presence of national design to the interior and reinforcing the project's signature character.

The result is a residence that finds unity precisely in diversity. Colors, wood, light, and furniture articulate to create a Brazilian, contemporary, and affective home, where different personalities coexist without losing the sense of a cohesive whole.
