Apartamento AD

Designed as a support apartment in Paraíba, the project was conceived around the client’s desire to create a space that was both welcoming and functional, while maintaining a strong sense of identity. The proposal combines different finishes, colors, and textures to create a contemporary atmosphere without compromising personality.

Art plays an important role in the composition of the interiors, particularly through pieces that celebrate local references and expressions. These artworks establish a connection between the interior and Paraíba’s cultural identity, bringing a more personal and emotional dimension to the apartment.

Technology was seamlessly integrated into the design. The apartment is fully automated and features multiple lighting scenarios, allowing each environment to adapt to different moments of the day and patterns of use. Beyond its functional role, lighting becomes an essential element in shaping the atmosphere, highlighting materials, artworks, and architectural details.

The result is a space where comfort and functionality meet a carefully curated aesthetic. A contemporary apartment that is far from impersonal; technological yet welcoming; sophisticated without losing the spontaneity and individuality of those who inhabit it.
